Dr. Rex Gatto Ph.D., BCC
Rex is an internationally known speaker and author whose insights and breakthrough research on the characteristics of U.S. management have helped organizations enhance their productivity and individuals enrich their lives. Dr. Gatto has been featured often in the media by, among others the New York Times, the Business Times, KDKA TV, The Accounting Web, KQV Radio, Polaris International Quarterly, The Pittsburgh Post Gazette, The Aspen Law and business Advisory and the St. Paul Pioneer Press. He has authored the highly acclaimed "Smart Manager's FAQ," in addition to books on stress, presentation, work/life balance and mentoring.

Dr. Gatto holds an Undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Education from Duquesne University, a Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Norwich University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania Certifications as an Educator and Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction. Dr. Gatto is Board Certified as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), licensed Professional Counselor, Cognitive Therapist, Nationally Certified Psychologist and a CCE Board Certified Coach. Rex served in the US Army from 1970-1972

Mickey Fitzgibbons Gatto, MEd.
A professor in international education for over twenty years at Point Park University, she has helped businesses to effectively cross cultures and expand their horizons. With her extensive experience abroad, she has authored "How To Do Business Cross-culturally" and "Personality Style in Cross-cultural Adjustment." Additionally, she has co-authored a numbered of works with Dr. Gatto.

Jeff Cermak, Manager of Operations
Jeff received his BA in Organizational Leadership from Point Park University. He previously worked in the automotive industry and originally joined our firm as our Project Manager.

Jeff is on the Board of Directors as the Chair of the Social Media/Communications Committee for the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals.

Presenter on Managing Profitability, Developing a Marketing Strategy, among others; Conducted Operational reviews, Partner Retreats, and facilitates Strategic Planning Retreats; Author of nineteen Professional Development, Practice Management and Marketing CPA Programs, his articles have appeared in the Practicing CPA and The Practical Accountant, member of the Duquesne Club, American Institute of CPA's, Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's and western Pennsylvania Youth Basketball Club, Inc. (President), Board of Directors of Oakland Catholic High School.
