My Preferred Communication Style Assessment identifies communication differences and discovers ways to work and interact with others.

The Communication Assessment helps:

• improve communication skills and team performance, and
• develop communication at every level of an organization.

This on-line assessment measures your communication skills through behaviors that define four communication preferences.

Upon completing the assessment, a report is generated that identifies the participants’ communication strengths and areas for development. The report also includes an action plan that can be completed by the participant.

The personalized report will be emailed to the participant as a pdf file.
