People must think and work in a different mode if they are to be successful in cultural diversity in the workplace. Working in a culturally diverse organization can be time consuming and tension filled, but the consequences of not working proficiently across diverse populations can cost organizations and companies millions of dollars in lost and wasted revenues, and good employees.
Each participant will learn how to:
- Be able to think with a global perspective;
- Be receptive to diverse people and cultures;
- Maintain awareness of cultural differences;
- Develop behaviors that aid in diverse cross-cultural interaction.
