Executive Coaching


Gatto Associates, LLC brings a unique approach to Executive Coaching of managers, partners, and executives. Through assessments and one-on-one confidential meetings, our business clients will develop an individualized plan to better balance personal and professional lives.

The purpose of the Coaching Process is to guide the client to utilize his/her skills to the fullest extent possible.

The client being comfortable with his/her personal styles and preferences will accomplish this. The client will develop personal and work-related understanding and a comprehensive action plan through a coaching process.

Executive coaching benefits both the individual and the organization. Executives will be better able to achieve their personal and business goals through enhancing their leadership skills, communication skills, and time management skills, to name a few. The organization's efficiency and effectiveness will increase as the skills of it's management increase.


The Coaching Process is a six month four phase multidisciplinary approach to enhance an individual’s skills set, to becoming an effective and vibrant leader in the organization. Participants in this developmental process will focus on skills, behaviors, and needed technical knowledge to become a productive force to enhance their success. The blended, multi-faceted process of meetings, and conference calling with the coach/mentor will ensure individualized customization for each participant.

Customized Programs with Action Plans

Gatto workshops can be designed as one-on-one and small group training sessions. Each training course begins with a self-assessment that is utilized to uncover the specific talents and areas for development of program participants. Our targeted assessments help take the guesswork out of skills development. The length of the workshop will be determined by the content and scope of the desired training program. All participants will complete personalized action plans to help ensure that the skills acquired throughout the workshop will be implemented back at the workplace.


Our workshops are interactive and designed to encourage maximum group participation. We consistently receive high ratings from our clients as a result of our dynamic instructors and engaging content. Workshops can be held at your facility, in the Gatto Associates Training Room, or another location of your choice.


Webinars

Workshops can be presented in a Webinar format at our client's request. Comprehensive training programs are often designed as a blend of web-based and live group workshops to accommodate the scheduling requirements of our clients. All log-in information, as well as supplemental materials and PowerPoint® presentations, will be sent out in advance to participants. This format has been utilized by national associations, as well as organizations with employees in multiple locations. Webinar workshops allow travel expenses to be eliminated and time away from the office to be decreased throughout the training process.

In this process, assessments are used to identify the present work environment and future goals for managers and executives who want to understand their organization for the purpose of creating organizational change. This assessment process is to an organization what a physical exam is to a patient. Through this process, an organization can identify its strengths and developmental opportunities, can develop an appropriate leadership style, can enhance communication and team interaction, can write an organization strategy for development, and establish a transformation process to achieve organizational goals.
