This on-line 360 degree feedback assessment measures your leadership skills by looking at four leadership preferences and six key dimensions. The leadership preferences are measured through leadership behavioral descriptors.
This innovative 360 degree feedback assessment is completed by the participant and up to ten respondents (participant’s work associates, including bosses, peers and staff).
Upon completing the 360 degree feedback assessment, a report is generated that identifies the participants’ strengths and areas for development as a leader. The dimensions of leadership are measured by the level of performance the person now exhibits. The personalized report is emailed to the participant as a pdf file.
Optional: a Team Report can be generated if at least four participants complete the full 360 degree feedback assessment process. There is no additional charge for this report.
